Our silent auctions use a traditional sealed bid approach with printed brochures to minimise disruption and maximise funds raised. We provide each guest with a brochure showcasing auction items, which they can browse at their tables.
Our team sets up a display, circulates during the event to answer questions, and collects completed bids at the end of the meal. The highest bidders are then notified, payments are collected, and winners are informed on how to redeem their prizes. From start to finish, our experienced team ensures the auction runs smoothly, raising as much money as possible for the charity.
