1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Impulse Decisions Ltd, Harrogate, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who attend the relevant webinar hosted by Impulse Decisions.
Employees of Impulse Decisions Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Participants should be involved in organising, supporting or representing a fundraising event, club event, or charity event.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
Register for the webinar; and
Attend the webinar live.
Eligible attendees will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Only attendees who join the webinar and remain present for the duration of the session will be eligible.
4. Competition Period
The competition applies to attendees of the relevant webinar hosted by Impulse Decisions and Pitchero.
Entries will close at the end of the webinar session.
5. The Prize
One winner will be selected to receive a prize with a value of up to £500 to support their fundraising event.
The prize will be supplied by Impulse Decisions and may consist of experiences, auction lots, or other items suitable for use within a fundraising auction.
The prize:
The prize will consist of either an experience, memorabilia, or sporting event ticket up to the value of £500, supplied by Impulse Decisions.
Impulse Decisions will work with the winner to agree the most suitable prize option at the time of fulfilment.
Has no cash alternative
Is non-transferable
Impulse Decisions will determine the final prize format and fulfilment.
6. The Draw
All eligible attendees will be entered into a random prize draw.
The winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the webinar concluded and contacted using the details provided during registration.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Impulse Decisions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General
By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Impulse Decisions reserves the right to:
Verify eligibility
Request confirmation of the fundraising event where the prize will be used
Impulse Decisions’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Impulse Decisions reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
