Silverstone hosted the first round of the FIA Formula One World Championship back in 1950, and corners like Copse and the Maggotts-Becketts-Chapel complex still carry that history.
Over 150,000 fans fill the grandstands and general admission areas on race day, and the weekend is built to be more than just the race itself, practice, qualifying, and the paddock all form part of the experience.
2026 adds a Sprint weekend format: practice, Sprint Qualifying, the Sprint Race, main Qualifying, and the Grand Prix, five sessions across three days.

“A great day, we preferred Fusion Lounge compared to Octane Terrace where we went last year we still had a lovely time at Occtane but feel in the Fusion lounge the allocated seats in the restaurant and more space at the Fusion made the experience more relaxing plenty of space to sit, also the grand stand allocation if you want to sit and watch the race is great, we had an amazing day the weather was beautiful an extra bonus thank you”
“We all thoroughly enjoyed the day. The parking, hospitality and location was very good. It offered the two viewing locations of the track, the hospitality balcony and the Grandstand. Our waiter Alex was exceptional in looking after us and please pass on this comment to the catering company.”
“Silverstone Octane Terrace was fantastic. Ross Bousfield was excellent. Definitely going to use Impulse again for the Formula 1 next year!”
“We have experienced Silverstone and Monaco Grand Prix and Wimbledon and can honestly say that the whole experience we had at Octane over the weekend was the best hospitality we have experienced”
