Impulse Decisions recently had the pleasure of hosting an unforgettable trip to Royal Ascot on Wednesday, 19th June, and Saturday, 22nd June. Spread across two remarkable days, we welcomed over 300 guests to experience one of the most prestigious events in the British social calendar.

Our guests were treated to an exceptional level of hospitality, within the Pavilion, Gallery, and Private Box suites. Each hospitality facility offered a unique vantage point and a luxurious environment to enjoy the day.

The day began with a prosecco reception on arrival, setting the tone for a day of elegance and excitement. As guests arrived, they had the opportunity to mingle and soak in the atmosphere of Royal Ascot.

 

 

Lunch was a big highlight as usual, featuring a three-course meal prepared by top chefs. Offering a selection of gourmet dishes that complemented the day’s atmosphere.

Adding to the excitement, our celebrity tipster, Matt Chapman, provided expert insights and betting tips throughout the day. While his predictions weren’t always spot on, they offered newcomers valuable guidance when placing their bets.

To keep everyone’s spirits high, even when luck wasn’t on their side, we ensured free-flowing drinks were available throughout the day.

One of the most anticipated moments each day was the Royal Procession. Guests would gather around the track or parade ring around 2 o’clock, hoping to catch a glimpse of the King himself. The Royal Procession is a highlight of Royal Ascot, and it was truly special to see the King in person.

As for the racing at Royal Ascot, each day features an exciting schedule of seven races, starting at 2:30 PM and concluding with the final race at 6:15 PM. The races showcase a range of distances and categories, providing thrilling spectacles and opportunities for guests to cheer on their favourites.

The event was not just about races. it was also an excellent opportunity to forge new relationships and strengthen existing ones. We are incredibly grateful to all our guests who joined us and contributed to the success of the days.
