- We’ll explore whether a silent auction is right for them
- If the event proceeds and meets the qualifying criteria, your referral is included in the prize draw
- One winner will receive £2,000 to donate to a charity of their choice

What counts as a qualifying referral?
A referral will qualify once:
The referred event proceeds with Impulse Decisions
The event meets the minimum criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions

Referral deadline
Referrals must be submitted by 6 March 2026 to be eligible for the prize draw.
Qualifying events may be confirmed after this date, in line with the competition Terms & Conditions.
The Prize
One winner will receive £2,000 to donate to a UK registered charity of their choice.
The donation will be paid directly to the nominated charity. There is no cash alternative.
Terms & Conditions
1.Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Impulse Decisions Ltd, Harrogate, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Impulse Decisions Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
- The referred event must be new to Impulse Decisions.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must submit a referral via the official online referral form before 6 March 2026.
- Only referrals submitted through the official form will be eligible.
- One entry will be awarded per qualifying referral.
4. Referral Deadline
Referrals must be submitted by 6 March to be eligible for the prize draw.
Qualifying events may be confirmed after this date in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
5. Qualifying Referral
A referral will be deemed qualifying if:
- The referred organisation, business or charity proceeds with an auction event delivered by Impulse Decisions;
- The event meets the minimum criteria determined by Impulse Decisions;
- The event is confirmed
Impulse Decisions reserves the right to determine whether an event meets the qualifying criteria.
6. Minimum Participation
The competition will proceed once a sufficient number of qualifying referrals have been received to allow the prize draw to take place.
Impulse Decisions reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition if this threshold is not met.
7. The Prize
- One winner will receive £2,000 to be donated to a charity of their choice.
- The donation will be paid directly to the nominated UK registered charity.
- There is no cash alternative.
- The nominated charity must be a UK registered charity and approved by Impulse Decisions.
- The prize is non-transferable.
8. The Draw
- All qualifying referrals will be entered into a random prize draw.
- The winner will be selected at random within 30 days of the competition closing and contacted using the details provided at entry.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Impulse Decisions reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. General
- By entering, participants confirm they have permission to share the referred event’s and contact’s details.
- Impulse Decisions reserves the right to verify eligibility.
- Impulse Decisions’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Impulse Decisions reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
