1. Promoter
The promoter of the Beat the Pro Competition (“Competition”) is Impulse Decisions Limited (“Impulse Decisions”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Competition Period
The Competition opens at 9:00am on Thursday 20 August 2026 and closes at 11:00pm on Thursday 20 August 2026 (“Closing Date”).
Entries received before the opening time or after the Closing Date will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Employees of Impulse Decisions, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Competition, entrants must complete and submit the official Beat the Pro Competition entry form during the Competition Period, providing the required contact details.
Entry to the Competition is free.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will not increase their chances of winning and may be removed.
Entrants do not need to opt in to receive marketing communications from Impulse Decisions in order to enter the Competition.
Impulse Decisions accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or not received due to technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
Two hospitality tickets to England v Pakistan cricket.
The exact hospitality package, match date, location and inclusions are TBC.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If circumstances outside Impulse Decisions’ reasonable control make it necessary to do so, Impulse Decisions reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
Any costs or expenses not expressly included as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
Following the Closing Date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
The random selection process will be conducted fairly and in a manner that gives each valid entry an equal chance of winning.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form within seven days of the Competition closing.
The winner may be required to provide reasonable information to confirm their identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or is unable to accept the prize, Impulse Decisions reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Marketing Consent
Entering the Competition does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications from Impulse Decisions.
Entrants will have the opportunity to separately opt in to receive information about future competitions, offers, events, products and experiences from Impulse Decisions.
Marketing consent is optional and will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.
Entrants who choose to opt in can unsubscribe or update their preferences at any time.
9. Personal Data
Impulse Decisions will use the personal information provided by entrants to administer the Competition, verify entries, select and contact the winner and award the prize.
Where an entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications, their details may also be used for those purposes in accordance with their preferences.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Impulse Decisions Privacy Policy.
10. Disqualification
Impulse Decisions reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably believes that:
The entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions;
False or misleading information has been provided;
An entrant has submitted multiple entries in an attempt to increase their chances of winning;
The entry has been generated or submitted using automated means; or
The entrant has otherwise attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the Competition.
11. Changes or Cancellation
Impulse Decisions reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Where reasonably possible, any significant changes will be communicated to entrants.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to this, Impulse Decisions will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the Competition or acceptance of the prize.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the Competition are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants will be entitled to bring any dispute before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
