BPE PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
2. Impulse Decisions reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Impulse Decisions’ control makes it necessary to do so.
3. All draws are made on the evening of the event and are final.
4. To enter the prize draw at no cost please complete a form located at the prize draw table. One entry per person. Winning ticket number will be announced by event DJ before the end of the event.
5. Winner will not be redrawn if prize remains unclaimed at the end of the event.
6. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to claim their prize.
7. Please retain ticket stub – winner will be identified using the unique ticket number.
8. Impulse Decisions cannot be held responsible for lost tickets.
9. Prize voucher will be handed out in exchange for corresponding winning ticket stub.
10. Impulse Decisions cannot be held responsible for lost prize vouchers.
11. It is the responsibility of the winner to follow the instructions on how to claim the prize voucher.
12. Impulse Decisions provide fundraising services acting as an agent on behalf of the charity.
