Business Desk Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
   This competition is organised and administered by Impulse Decisions Ltd (“We”).

2. Eligibility

• This competition is exclusive to Business Desk members.

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Employees of Impulse Decisions, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

• One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form on the Impulse Decisions website.

• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Impulse Decisions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

• No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

• Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. Competition Dates

• The competition opens on Thursday 18th September 2025.

• The closing date for entries has been extended to Friday 10th October 2025 at 11:59pm (UK time).

5. The Prize

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The winner may choose one prize only from the following:

  • 2 x VIP Hospitality Tickets for a Premier League game of your choice in 2025 or 2026

    • *All home games included for the following teams: Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Everton, Fulham, Leeds United, Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur

      *Subject to availability at the time of booking

  • 2 x Wimbledon Court One Debenture Tickets — Thursday 9 July 2026

  • 2 x Silverstone Hospitality Tickets — Octane Terrace (2026)

  • 2 x VIP Hospitality Tickets — Cheltenham Festival or Royal Ascot (2026)

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

• Impulse Decisions reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form within 7 days of the closing date.

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner.

7. General

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, interruption, or any other issue beyond its control.

• By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

• The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
