Fully Managed Rugby Lunch

In May 2025, the London Impulse team delivered a fully managed event for our client’s rugby fundraising day. From securing the guest speaker and organising floor management, to creating tailored social media content and advertising – every detail was taken care of from start to finish. The in-house day was focused on the community of the club, providing an opportunity to come together to support vital improvements for the rugby club. Funds raised will go towards upgrades such as new equipment, much needed refurbishments of the changing rooms and showers, and pitch and floodlight maintenance. Thanks to the expertise of our fundraising team—particularly Megan Becker, our Senior Event and Auction Manager—we used a range of effective fundraising strategies to support our client’s goals. These included a donation page hosted on our online platform, SliderStock, as well as pledges and a Silent Auction, to name a few. Megan described the process as ‘Incredibly rewarding. Being part of the whole planning process with this client was an absolute pleasure and I’m so thrilled to have raised such a significant amount for the club. The day itself was filled with fun and laughter, and to see it all come together on a beautiful summers day in London was a great feeling. Looking forward to the next one’
