1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Impulse Decisions Ltd (“Impulse Decisions”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Impulse Decisions, their immediate families, agents, suppliers or any other person professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw.
2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2.3. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.4. Impulse Decisions reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility from the selected winner.
3. Promotion Period
3.1. The prize draw opens on 4 September 2026.
3.2. The prize draw closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Monday 7 September 2026 (“Closing Date”).
3.3. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To receive one free entry into the prize draw, entrants must complete and submit the official England v Pakistan prize draw entry form on the Impulse Decisions website during the Promotion Period.
4.2. Only one website entry per person is permitted.
4.3. Entrants can receive one additional entry by following @impulsedecisionsuk on Instagram during the Promotion Period.
4.4. Entrants can receive one additional entry by following Impulse Decisions on Facebook during the Promotion Period.
4.5. To claim an additional social media entry, entrants must provide their relevant Instagram username and/or Facebook profile name on the prize draw entry form so that the qualifying follow can be verified.
4.6. Entrants following Impulse Decisions on both Instagram and Facebook can therefore receive two additional entries.
4.7. A maximum of three entries per person is permitted: one entry for completing the website form, one additional entry for following on Instagram and one additional entry for following on Facebook.
4.8. Entrants must continue to follow the relevant Impulse Decisions social media account at the time the winner is selected in order for the applicable additional entry to remain valid.
5. The Prize
5.1. One winner will receive three (3) Pavilion Social tickets to England v Pakistan at Edgbaston – Day 2, Thursday 10 September 2026.
5.2. The prize includes:
Four match seats on Level 2 of the West Upper Stand;
One breakfast voucher per person;
One food voucher per person;
Two drinks vouchers per person, which can be used for a choice of beers, house wines and soft drinks; and
Access to the Pavilion Social Balcony.
5.3. Unless expressly stated above, the prize does not include travel to or from Edgbaston, accommodation, parking, additional food or drink, personal expenses or any other costs incurred by the winner or their guests.
5.4. The winner and their guests are responsible for arranging their own travel and any accommodation required.
5.5. The prize is subject to applicable Edgbaston venue, ticketing and hospitality terms and conditions.
5.6. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.7. Impulse Decisions reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
6.2. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Entrants who successfully complete one or both qualifying social media actions will have the applicable additional entry or entries included in the draw, up to a maximum of three entries per person.
6.3. The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Date.
7. Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied when entering the prize draw.
7.2. Due to the proximity of the event, the winner must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification to claim their prize.
7.3. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, is found to be ineligible, cannot accept the prize or fails to provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility, Impulse Decisions reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
7.4. Impulse Decisions accepts no responsibility where a winner is unable to receive or respond to a notification because incorrect or incomplete contact information was provided.
8. Guests and Attendance
8.1. The winner will be entitled to attend England v Pakistan at Edgbaston on Thursday 10 September 2026 with up to three guests.
8.2. The winner and their guests must comply with all applicable venue rules, ticketing conditions and standards of behaviour.
8.3. Impulse Decisions and/or the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or who breaches applicable venue conditions.
9. Publicity
9.1. Impulse Decisions may publish or make available information indicating that a valid award has taken place, which may include the surname and county of the winner, where required under applicable promotional rules.
9.2. The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw. Participation in additional promotional activity is voluntary unless otherwise agreed with the winner.
10. Personal Data
10.1. Personal information provided in connection with the prize draw will be processed by Impulse Decisions for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying entries, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
10.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Impulse Decisions Privacy Policy.
10.3. Entering the prize draw does not automatically opt an entrant into receiving marketing communications from Impulse Decisions.
10.4. Where entrants are given the option to receive marketing communications, this will be presented separately and entrants will only receive such communications where the appropriate consent or other lawful basis applies.
10.5. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time without affecting their entry into the prize draw.
11. Social Media
11.1. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
11.2. Entrants release the relevant social media platforms from any responsibility arising in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
11.3. Impulse Decisions is responsible for administering and operating the prize draw.
12. General
12.1. Impulse Decisions reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has attempted to manipulate or circumvent the entry process, including through duplicate accounts, automated entries or fraudulent information.
12.2. Impulse Decisions accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted due to a technical fault or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12.3. Impulse Decisions reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be made in a way that is fair to entrants and consistent with applicable promotional rules.
12.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12.5. The decision of Impulse Decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw is final, subject to applicable law.
12.6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights they may have as consumers in other parts of the United Kingdom.
