Impulse Decisions Event Manager Training

Last month we held a wonderful Event Manager training session at Piccolino in Harrogate.  

It is extremely important to us that our event managers are fully prepared for every event and are well equipped and confident to deliver our charity auction service to exceptional standards. 

The day brought together 17 of our talented freelance Event Managers from Portsmouth to Edinburgh and was led by the Impulse Decisions Event Delivery team, Aimee, Megan and Brittany.  

The training was filled with vital upskilling and networking to ensure maximum fundraising success throughout 2024 for our valued clients and charity partners! It covered all aspects of the Event Manager role; from pre-event, during the event to post event, and allowed the managers to grow and learn from their colleague’s vast experiences.


“We absolutely loved getting everyone together for our first Event Manager training day of the year. When we run these sessions, it really gives us an amazing chance to upskill our wonderful team as well as show them how valued they are in the Impulse Decisions family. The freelance staff attending have all shown an incredible amount of commitment and drive as Event Hosts throughout 2023, and we are excited for their continued journey with Impulse Decisions throughout 2024. 

And it doesn’t stop there! On the 15th April 2024 10am – 4pm at Borough London we are bringing together new Event Managers for an intimate and detailed upskill and management training session.
