About Grantley Hall:
Grantley Hall is a luxury country house hotel located near Ripon in North Yorkshire, England. The Grade II* listed building dates to the 17th century and has a rich history, having been home to various aristocratic families over the years.
In 2015, the property was acquired by Valeria Sykes and Colin Fell, who undertook a multi-million-pound renovation to transform the building into a 47-room luxury hotel. The renovation project took four years to complete, and the hotel opened its doors to guests in July 2019.

Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall is a Michelin-starred restaurant located within the Grantley Hall luxury hotel.

Grantley Hall’s dedicated front-of-house team will serve you the exquisite 10-course tasting menu using only the freshest locally sourced ingredients, including herbs and vegetables from their very own kitchen garden.
Only the highest quality local produce is served as hand-picked suppliers provide the finest meat from nearby farms, speciality cheeses are served from across the county, and fresh seafood is brought from the Yorkshire coast to your plate.
Addition of a Signature Wine Pairing can be added at an additional cost.
