Amy has stepped into this role with incredible enthusiasm and has been instrumental in bridging the gap between Marketing and Events; always giving her all to whatever task is at hand.
One colleague described Amy as ‘always greeting people warmly and lifting morale’ – a true reflection of her attitude and work ethic.
Here’s what Amy has to say on her achievement…
The award – I’m incredibly honoured to be recognised as Employee of the Quarter. Even though I’m still quite new to the team, receiving this award has made me feel incredibly valued and welcomed. I want to sincerely thank all of my amazing colleagues for the support, collaboration, and encouragement that makes Impulse Decisions such a great place to work.
Work contributions- I am the marketing and events assistant – my job is to bridge the gab between the staffing department and the marketing team. My favourite part of the job is being able to contribute to such amazing causes and charities – working the events and seeing the results always makes me feel like I am doing something meaningful.
Career Journey – I studied in creative advertising which is different to what I am doing now however my degree gave me the confidence and creativity to support me in my role now. Ideally I would like to move up in the business so that I can gain more knowledge allowing me to eventually move to London for a few years.
Personal Growth – In the future I would love to market and promote big ticket events around the world, I believe I am currently working towards and gaining all the skills to be able to travel and do what I love.
