11th – 14th March Cheltenham
We have a luxurious hospitality facility located in the exclusive Courtyard area of the Official Festival Hospitality Village, including club admission badges.
Morning coffee and biscuits are provided on arrival, followed by a four-course luncheon with wines and liquors.
We also include: a full afternoon tea, a complimentary bar of beers, wines, house spirits and soft drinks. Racing newspapers. Race card. Reserved car parking labels (1 per 4 guests). Plasma televisions. Event documentation. VIP hostess service.

2rd – 5th April – The Grand National
This package includes Premier Course admission via a VIP Entrance, with a private balcony overlooking the iconic Grand National course. You will be greeted by a Champagne Reception with Amuse Bouche on arrival, followed by a four-course lunch served with selected wines. VIP car parking is provided and chauffeur transfer to and from the racecourse, along with one car pass per booking of four people. Celebrity tipster and host, ITV & Sky Sport Racings Matt Chapman will also be present.
We also include: Traditional afternoon tea with Champagne, and a full complimentary bar serving fine wines and liqueurs. A complimentary race card and racing newspaper, and private Tote betting.

14th May – 11th October York Races
York Racecourse, nestled on the historic Knavesmire, is one of the UK’s premier horse racing venues. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, it hosts prestigious events like the Ebor Festival, featuring the Juddmonte International and Ebor Handicap. We offer both restaurant and box packages, providing a variety of luxurious options for guests to enjoy world-class racing in style. Whether you’re looking to indulge in fine dining, entertain clients, or simply enjoy a day at the races with friends and family, our packages ensure a memorable experience with exceptional service and stunning views of the track.

17th – 21st June Royal Ascot
Our Royal Ascot, one of the finest racing events includes access to the Queen Anne Enclosure, with a reserved table for the day. Greeted by a Prosecco Brut reception, followed later on by a three-course lunch.
We also include: Full afternoon tea. Complimentary bar of beers, wines, house spirits and soft drinks. Celebrity guest speaker (TBA). One car parking label per two guests. Race card. Racing paper.

4th – 6th October L’Arc de Triomphe
Taking you across the channel to France, we provide a Return Standard Eurostar crossing from London St Pancras, with private return transfer from Paris Gare du Nord. Breakfast each morning and return transfer to Paris Longchamp on Sunday is covered for you. We also have a Prestige Open Bar Hospitality with unlimited soft drinks, wine, champagne & sweet bites, and a private lounge with racecourse views and reserved grandstand seating.
This package is based on 2 people sharing a Twin/Double room.
Should the event be cancelled or postponed, you will be automatically transferred to the new dates or the following years’ event. Flights not included.
