Rome Rugby Experience #LivingWithImpulse Photo Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Impulse Decisions.

2. Competition Overview

The #LivingWithImpulse Photo Competition invites guests attending Impulse Decisions trips and events to share their photos on social media using the hashtag #livingwithimpulse and tagging the official Impulse Decisions account.

Participants have the chance to win two tickets to the England v Japan rugby match.

3. Eligibility

• The competition is open to guests who have attended or are attending an Impulse Decisions trip or event.

• Participants must be aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Impulse Decisions and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition:

1. Take a photo during your Impulse Decisions trip or event.

2. Post the photo on your social media account (e.g. Instagram or Facebook).

3. Tag the official Impulse Decisions account.

4. Include the hashtag #livingwithimpulse in your post.

Each qualifying post counts as one entry, and participants may enter multiple times with different photos.

5. Competition Period

• The competition opens upon announcement.

• The competition closes at 23:59 on Sunday 15 March.

• The winner will be announced on Monday 16 March via Impulse Decisions’ social media channels or direct contact.

Entries submitted after the closing time may not be considered.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected by the Impulse Decisions team.

• Selection will be based on the best photo, considering creativity, quality, and how well it represents the Impulse Decisions experience.

• The decision of the promoter is final.

7. Prize

• The prize consists of two tickets to the England v Japan rugby match.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

8. Use of Entries

By entering the competition, participants grant Impulse Decisions permission to:

• Share, repost, and use submitted photos across marketing channels including social media, website, and promotional materials.

• Credit the original creator where reasonably possible.

Participants confirm they own the rights to the images submitted and have permission from any identifiable individuals featured in the photos.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform used for entry.

10. General

Impulse Decisions reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
